There are days where I wish I had my own house. Today is one of those days. Only because I have discovered Hygge & West. A wallpaper company based in the USA, Hygge is all about living better, living beautifully, and living joyfully. Some folks out there like to think it's a man's world we live in. I am not one of those folks. In fact, I often partake in many activities associated with being a man like wielding an axe or fighting a bear for instance (okay, it was a stuffed bear, but he was tough). I've even been known to sport a tie or two here and there. Personally, I prefer the necktie and Pomp & Ceremony makes some fabulous ones in classic Liberty of London Prints. I personally own this one here and have worn it quite frequently, often with very flattering results.

Ruby Tuesday

Love, love, love this smattering of red from Diana Rikasari over at Hot Chocolate and Mint. The scarf/hat combo is so beachy, elegant that it makes me want summer to never end. And someone please tell me why I have yet to decorate my apartment with red bird cut-outs?! A simple, yet cheerful decor idea is on its way.
